What is a Teacher?
Due to Aspire People being an education recruitment agency the majority of people we place into schools are teachers, some are qualified teachers and others are unqualified. Being a teacher is known to be one of the most rewarding positions in a school, and some would say it is the most rewarding but also important position within education. Being a teacher means you are the main person who is responsible for the education of your students, teachers can work with students of a variety of ages from primary ages to students in colleges. The roles and responsibilities will differ for people who are teaching different age ranges and topics meaning there is a large range when being an educator.

Our North Birmingham Primary consultant Ann-Marie Leyland is one of the longest standing here at Aspire People and has been servicing North Birmingham Primary Schools for over 13 years Our south Birmingham consultants Steph Wardle have a combined time of 18 years. Our Secondary consultant Damon Hegenbarth has been working with Birmingham Secondary schools for over 12 years.
