What is a Teacher?
Due to Aspire People being an education recruitment agency the majority of people we place into schools are teachers, some are qualified teachers and others are unqualified. Being a teacher is known to be one of the most rewarding positions in a school, and some would say it is the most rewarding but also important position within education. Being a teacher means you are the main person who is responsible for the education of your students, teachers can work with students of a variety of ages from primary ages to students in colleges. The roles and responsibilities will differ for people who are teaching different age ranges and topics meaning there is a large range when being an educator.
Benefits of a Teacher?
There are multiple reasons as to why being a teacher is beneficial, the most important being that as a teacher you are the person who helps and provides the knowledge and information to change students lives.
