Job description
Are you a qualified Teacher looking for an exciting new position in West Bromwich? Do you want £100 joining bonus after your first 10 days?The school I am recruiting for are looking for a temporary Year 4 Teacher who wants to get their teeth stuck into a new challenge. This 2 form entry primary school want a colleague who inspires the next generation and works with families to ensure their children get the best start. This role is due to start ASAP and will run through until the end of the school year, with the possibility of a permanent post in September.
You'll bring a positive attitude to a school with a catchment area of social deprivation. Your strong behaviour management and firm but fair approach will allow you to build strong relationships with the pupils in your care.
You will need:
*UK QTS (unfortunately no NQTs)
*Relevant teaching experience and a thorough working knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum
*The skills of an excellent, creative successful classroom practitioner with high expectations and a commitment and determination to raising standards
*Excellent communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team
*Strong interpersonal skills, integrity and a commitment to the continued development of the school
*A flexible and positive approach to challenge and change
