I was fresh out of University when I joined Aspire People over six years ago and I’ve been here ever since! Spending my recruitment career solely within education means I have the industry knowledge to really help my candidates and clients find exactly what they are looking for.  

What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I place Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Nursery Nurses in primary schools and nurseries in the Black Country area.

What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

Working in education recruitment can be challenging and sometimes very demanding, however working with local schools and their staff is inspiring and you really get to see the difference they make. I love helping a Headteacher create their vision for their school and helping a candidate get exactly what they want from their career. 

What Would Your School Report Say?

My school report would say that I am "too chatty and distract
everyone else in the class!"
