The school I am recruiting for are looking for a Year 4 Teacher who wants to get their teeth stuck in to a new challenge in September. This large 3 form entry primary school want a colleague who inspires the next generation and works with families to ensure their children get the best start.
They are part of a trust who has an excellent approach to CPD and career development. You will be a part of a close-knit community of schools working together across the Black Country.
You'll bring a positive attitude to a school with a catchment area of social deprivation. Your strong behaviour management and firm but fair approach will allow you to build strong relationships with the pupils in your care.
You will need:
*UK QTS (NQTs welcome to apply)
*Relevant teaching experience and a thorough working knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum
*The skills of an excellent, creative successful classroom practitioner with high expectations and a commitment and determination to raising standards
*Excellent communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team
*Strong interpersonal skills, integrity and a commitment to the continued development of the school
*A flexible and positive approach to challenge and change
