About the Role
Aspire People is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join an amazing school in Southam. This role will start in September 2024 and continue until July 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for full teaching duties, contributing to a dynamic and nurturing educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
Planning, preparing, and assessing student work to support and promote learning.
Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Experience teaching in UK schools, specifically in Key Stage 2.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
