I have Been within recruitment since 2022, starting in commercial recruitment then July of 2023 making the decision to explore education recruitment. Since being at Aspire People I have enhanced my skill set, communication skills and become more determined to place candidates in positions they can develop into.

What do you do at Aspire People?

I work with Shaniece Blakemore covering Coventry and Warwickshire Primary.

What do you get a kick out of in your role?

Putting candidates in the role they love.
