Job description
Aspire People is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join a thriving school in the CV3 area of Coventry. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator with UK experience who is committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for their students.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons to Year 3 students in line with the national curriculum.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
Proven experience teaching in the UK, preferably at the Key Stage 2 level.
Possess or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check that is on the update service.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to contribute to the school's wider activities and initiatives.
