Are you a Level 2 or 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time position in Wednesbury?I am recruiting for a Wednesbury primary school that is looking for a TA with SEN experience to support a Year 3 child full time with ASD. This church of England school has an extremely friendly and supportive team who really look after each other. These caring values are also clear with each and every staff members' interaction with the children.
Your experience working with children with special educational needs will allow you to provide the necessary support to help them reach their full potential in this important stage.
While working closely with this school last academic year every single one of my candidates commented on what a lovely place it was to work and how welcoming the team are.
The ideal applicant will have;
*Level 3 qualification in Support Teaching and Learning (level 2s will be considered with experience)
*Ideally have experience working on a one to one basis in a school but alternatively experience as a Support Worker, Residential Worker or Care worker with transferable skills
*Flexible attitude to work
*Strong behaviour management
*Be able to provide 2 years references
*Clean DBS
