Support Year 2 children in classroom settings
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Run small group work interventions to boost student achievement
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
Requirements:
Ideally hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
