Job description

Our fantastic school in Coventry is looking for a Year 1 teacher for a maternity cover. The role will be starting in February until the end of the academic year.

The role does include planning so the candidate must be comfortable teaching as well as planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Year 1 students.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality education for all pupils.
Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements
Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
Demonstrate experience in planning and delivering lessons for Year 1 students.
Passionate about teaching and dedicated to making a difference in children's learning journey.
