Aspire People is thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Year 1 Teacher to join an amazing school in Southam. This is a full-time role starting in September 2024 and continuing until July 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student achievement.
Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools, particularly in Key Stage 1.
An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching young children.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
