Aspire People are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Tamworth on a day-to-day supply basis. We have been working with schools in the South Staffordshire area for over 10 years and have an excellent relationship with them. We have placed many teaching assistants into the schools, and they all have very positive things to say about their time there.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for flexible work while gaining experience across a variety of school settings.
The Role:
* Supporting teachers in delivering lessons
* Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis
* Assisting with classroom management
* Supporting pupils with varying needs
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Level 3 Qualified
* Previous experience working with children (school-based preferred)
* A flexible and adaptable approach
* Strong communication skills
* A passion for supporting children's learning and development
