I started my journey at Aspire People after I finished college, starting as an apprentice with no recruitment experience, I have now been a part of the Aspire People family for almost 6 years, 3 of which being spent safeguarding our candidates from within the Compliance Team and 3 years recruiting and helping teaching staff find their perfect role.

What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I worked my way up through the sales team and now as Principal Candidate Recruiter, I recruit for the Executive Primary Consultant for the South Staffordshire region and mentor other candidate recruiters, helping them to shape their own journey within Aspire People.

What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

The most rewarding part of my role is helping our candidates find their dream role. I love being a part of their journey and contributing to their experience of supply!
