Aspire People, a leading education recruitment agency, is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Full-Time 1-1 Support Staff in a Primary School setting in Bedworth. The successful candidates will provide invaluable one-on-one support to students, assisting them in achieving their academic and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualised support to students in various subjects and activities as directed by the classroom teacher.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential, both academically and socially.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure the holistic development of each student.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one prior to starting the role.
