Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting the educational development of students? We are seeking a Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team in Nuneaton, through our partner agency, Aspire People
Assist teachers in planning and delivering educational activities.
Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as required.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help with classroom management and behavior support.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to enhance the learning experience.
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant - 3 months minimum.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and empathy when working with students.
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
A genuine interest in education and supporting students.
Must hold an enhanced DBS and be on the update service or willing to obtain one
A relevant education qualification or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
