Job description
Aspire People are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to support in mainstream primary schools across Coventry. You will be working with KS1 & KS2 pupils, providing general classroom support, 1:1 assistance, and small group work where needed.What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
✅ Providing 1:1 support for pupils who need extra help
✅ Leading small group activities to boost learning 📖✏️
✅ Using strong behaviour management strategies
✅ Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment 🛑🔍
What We Need From You:
✔ Strong understanding of safeguarding policies 🏫
✔ Experience working with primary-aged children (preferred)
✔ Ability to adapt and support children with different needs
✔ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
