Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time 1-1 Support Assistant at a primary school in Rugby.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to a primary school student, assisting with their educational and social development.
Implementing strategies outlined by the teacher to support the student's individual needs.
Encourage and motivate the student to engage in learning activities and participate in classroom discussions.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the student's overall well-being.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other members of the school community regarding the student's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with primary school students, preferably in a one-on-one support capacity.
Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and helping them reach their full potential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to obtain one prior to employment.
