Are you experienced in supporting children with special needs? Have you worked in care before, looking for a work life balance? Are you interested in working in a SEND school?I am currently recruiting exceptionally talented SEND Learning Support Assistant's for a fantastic range of SEND schools or 1 SEND school across Kidderminster. Having previously worked with these schools, I can ensure you will be offered the most suitable positions in your local area!
The SEND schools are looking for resilient, passionate and proactive SEND Learning Support Assistant's that are ready to support both Teachers and students to a high quality. Every school I work with are aiming to reach the best possible results for both the school and the students, each providing a high quality of education and support.
You'll bring at least 2 years' experience working alongside children as well as a want to make a huge, positive impact on the students you work with. Your experience and qualifications and motivation will help each child, teacher and school reach their plans of becoming the best.
Since placing so many wonderful SEND Teaching Assistants in the Kidderminster area, I can confidently say the support and team atmosphere in these settings are unbeatable from long term support or even having a friendly welcome on day to day cover! You will also receive full information prior to bookings to ensure you can start each day with a confident step as you walk in!
