🌈 Experience: Prior experience working with children with SEN is essential.
🔍 Enhanced DBS: Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one through Aspire People.
💡 Passion: A genuine passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
👫 Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team to support the needs of the children.
