The Nursery School I am recruiting for are looking for a number of talented practitioners to cover a term time, 1 year contract working on a 121 basis with children aged 2 - 5 with special needs. You will be following the EYFS framework to give the children in the best start to their school life.
This 'Outstanding' Nursery school prides itself on their inclusive approach and "never turns a child away". They have built up an excellent reputation for helping SEND children reach their potential so ideally you would need experience working with SEND. They have a number of SEND children starting September 2021 with varying needs from ASD to medical needs.
To apply for this position you need to be:
* Level 3 qualified in childcare
* Have experience within an EYFS setting (schools or private day Nurseries)
* Have experience working with SEND children on a 121 basis
When visiting the school the Head teacher said she was "looking for EY practitioners who is passionate about making a positive impact on the children they work with." And that they needed someone who "understood the local community and would build strong relationships with parents and staff alike".
