Job description

Are you an experienced SEMH Learning Support Assistant based in Cannock, Staffordshire?
I am currently recruiting exceptionally talented social, emotional mental health Learning Support Assistants to work alongside Primary, Secondary and Post 16 students with SEMH and challenging behaviour. This position is a full time, long term role for the correct Learning Support Assistants.
This school believes in achieving excellence through Outdoor Education and activities whilst integrating these students back into a mainstream setting.
Having worked with this school for a while I have built a trusting rapport with the Business Manager and I know that they are very passionate, caring and dedicated to their staff and students.
You'll bring at least 2 years' experience as a SEMH Learning Support Assistant, Children's Residential Worker or Youth Worker working either 1:1 or in a group, as well as a want to make a huge, positive impact on the student/s you work with. Your experience and qualifications and motivation will help each child, Teacher and school reach their plans of becoming the best.
Since placing so many amazing SEMH Learning Support Assistants for this school, I can confidently say the support and team atmosphere in this school are unbeatable from long term support or even having a friendly welcome on day to day cover! You will also receive full information on the schools and each child's needs prior to bookings to ensure you can start each day with a confident step as you walk in!
Do you fit this description? Then apply for the role and I will be in contact!
