One of our lovely Primary School's located in Cannock is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to start after Easter until the end of the academic year. This role involves supporting a Nursery class on a general basis and involved providing personal care. This is a full-time role and the hours are 8:30am - 3:45pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing individual support to students, both inside and outside the classroom.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Encouraging and motivating students to participate actively in their education.
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour guidance.
* Helping to assess students' progress and providing feedback to teachers.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school.
