Secondary Maths Intervention TutorsStaffordshire
Up to £30 per hour based on experience
We are currently recruiting for Maths intervention tutors to work in schools across Staffordshire as part of a school led programme.
If you are a qualified tutor who would like to make a difference to pupils' learning and help get back on track after the impact of school closures and lockdowns due to the pandemic, we would love to hear from you.
You'll be working as a Qualified Tutor at a school in Staffordshire. The school is looking for a teacher / qualified tutor who is experienced in delivering targeted interventions at KS3 and KS4 Maths.
The successful applicant will be working with either on a 1:1, or small group basis to make interventions across in Maths.
You will be working with mixed ability groups across the day and must be adaptable to the needs of your students across key stages.
You will be working with multiple small groups across a school day and be required to record and track progress against the national curriculum level.
The successful candidate will be:
*An experienced, qualified Maths teacher or tutor
*Demonstrable history of making positive interventions at KS3 and KS4
*Experienced in delivering targeted interventions in Maths across multiple year groups.
*Possess enthusiasm and creativity when delivering targeted lessons
*Ability to track pupil progress to national markers
*Be based locally in Staffordshire
