I have worked in recruitment for all of my career and across many different sectors – but education has to be by far my favourite, and being the daughter of an Assistant Head Teacher, I guess I was always destined for the education route.

What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I am the Secondary consultant for the Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent and North Wolverhampton and Walsall area. I am also a billing manager, supporting and leading a team of West Midlands Secondary and Early Years consultants. It is an extremely busy and hectic dual role and Friday soon comes around each week!

What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

I am now nearly ten years working in the education sector and my passion for the industry has grown even more since becoming a Mom. Safeguarding is the priority behind every booking I fill; ensuring the right teacher for the right department in the right school happens every single time.
