Job description
Do you have a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our friendly team in a Year 2 classroom in Leamington Spa. This full-time role involves providing 1-1 support and working with small groups of children who have SEN needs.✨ What We're Looking For:
Experience: You must have experience working with SEN children, ideally within a primary school setting.
Skills: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key! You'll be supporting children who need extra help to thrive in their learning environment.
DBS: An enhanced DBS on the update service is required to apply for this role.
👩🏫 Your Role:
Work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support to a Year 2 student on a 1-1 basis.
Assist small groups of children with their learning and development.
Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
