Job description
Are you an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in Nuneaton?Ellie from Aspire People is working with a local school that's on the lookout for someone enthusiastic and committed to supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting students across both KS1 and KS2, helping them reach their potential.
Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and learning activities.
Leading small group work, including targeted interventions to support individual student needs.
Helping create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
What We're Looking For:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience in either KS1 or KS2 is essential.
A good understanding of child development and the national curriculum.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
SEN experience.
Intervention experience.
