Aspire People are excited to be recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Coventry (CV5). This is a full-time role, starting immediately and running until the end of the academic year.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Provide support across all year groups, from Reception to Year 6.
Assist the class teacher with day-to-day classroom duties.
Work with small groups of students, offering targeted support to enhance learning.
Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Follow the school's safeguarding policies and procedures.
🔑 Requirements:
Must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of UK experience in a similar role within a primary school.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential.
Understanding of safeguarding practices.
A flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for supporting children's learning.
