Job description
Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Needed In Rugby.I'm on the hunt for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a new challenge. I'm recruiting for a popular establishment who offer high-quality early years provision across three sites in and around Rugby, with a mix of settings to suit all parents' needs. Children thrive from the encouragement and support they receive from our excellent team, and with plenty of outdoor play they even have wellies as part of their uniform!
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Level 3 early years practitioner for one of the settings in Rugby. You will need a passion for childcare and appreciate the differences that early year's practitioners make to a child's development. It will also allow you to learn from staff at our other group nurseries, promoting a consistently high standard of care across all sites.
I'm looking for individuals who are professional, polite, and who can establish and maintain positive working relationships with parents/carers in a way that supports children's learning and development.

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years or equivalent
*Good standards of customer service - professional, polite and positive in all verbal and nonverbal interactions with staff, parents, children and visitors.
*Energy and enthusiasm - commitment and willingness to learn and develop
