  I worked as an administrator within the care sector for 5 years before joining Aspire People. During my previous role I booked a lot of agency cover for The nursing home. This allowed me to understand what the needs of the client are as I was the client. I also ran the recruitment drives for our permanent staff members which has all helped in the transition to Aspire.

  I am the Company Resourcer for the East Midlands Team.

• ​What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

  I have only been at Aspire People for a short time so I don’t feel I have yet to explore my role so I am excited to see what I will get a kick out of, but as it stands, I’m getting a kick out of working in such an ambitious environment.
