Job Description:
Aspire People, a leading recruitment agency specialising in education, is seeking a talented and motivated KS1 Primary School Teacher for a position in Rugby. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 students.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of all students.
Use effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and school leadership to enhance the overall learning experience.
Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 students - 12 months minimum
Strong knowledge of the UK primary school curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
