Aspire People are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to work for a fantastic School Foundation based in Coventry.
The role As a HR Advisor you will develop and promote the human resources function within the Foundation of schools by providing high quality and timely HR advice and support. You will build excellent working relationships with the wonderful Headteachers and staff. You will support and care for the staff so they can support and care for the children and young people.
You will be required to work 35 hours per week.
The role is running for 12 months and start straight away. Although it is a temporary contract there may be the chance of it going permanent for the right candidate.
What you'll need to succeed:
*To share our passion for wanting the very best for our staff and students
*Experience of working within a HR team, ideally in a school or education setting
*Ideally have experience using iTrent
*Ideally CIPD qualified
*Be emotionally intelligent with the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
*Working knowledge of terms and conditions of employment for teachers and support staff and the ability to translate this knowledge into practice
*Excellent communication skills
*The ability to work in a face paced, challenging yet rewarding role
You will be supported by me, Rob Holland. I am Aspire People's Senior Office & Technical consultant and we have been supplying non-teaching staff to schools in Coventry for the past 5 years.
