I have been in recruitment for around three years now with the past four months in the education sector, which I am loving. I enjoy the variety of the day to day supply within the education sector and the relationship building with both candidates and clients. 

• What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I am the Office and Technical consultant (Non Teaching Staff) for the whole of the East Midlands, Coventry and Warwickshire. As I come from a commercial background, I have a great ability to spot unique talent that will fit perfectly into a school environment. Whether it be
Caretakers, Catering Assistants, Cleaners, Receptionists or Administrators I can help you.

• What Do You Get a Kick out of in
  Your Role?

I enjoy the rush you get from the minute you wake up to the minute you go to bed with this job. My phone is always on and I love to help my candidates and clients in whatever way I can. I also love that every day is different, so I am always kept on my toes.
