Cover Supervisors - Ad Hoc Daily WorkSecondary Schools | Newcastle-under-Lyme
Aspire People are a leading education specialist recruiter based in Staffordshire, working in partnership with secondary schools across the local area.
We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors who are available for ad hoc daily supply work in secondary schools across Newcastle-under-Lyme. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work on a day-to-day basis.
Our local consultant Emily has worked with Aspire People for 15 years and specialises in secondary education. She has built strong, long-standing relationships with schools across Staffordshire, offering consistent local work and ongoing support.
The Role:
Supervising pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
No planning or marking required
Flexible, ad hoc daily cover
We're Looking For:
Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
Strong classroom management skills
Availability for short-notice cover
What We Offer:
Competitive daily rates
£100 joining fee
Up to £250 referral fee (T&Cs apply)
Ongoing support from an experienced local consultant
