Job description
Do you currently hold a degree level qualification and have an interest in teaching?I am currently in high demand for cover supervisors who are based in the Crewe area. I am recruiting for people who have a real passion for wanting to teach and are degree qualified, I work in partnership with many secondary schools in and around the area and they need cover supervisors to help them with day to day, short term and long-term roles.
To be considered for becoming a Cover Supervisor:
-A Masters, Degree or PhD qualification
-Having a clear DBS
-Having a caring compassionate attitude
-A passion for wanting to teach
What does the job involve?
-Supervising a class with the work that has been set in accordance with the school policy
-Collecting any completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate person with it being marked.
-Managing the behaviour of pupils in line with the school's behavioural system
-Responding to any questions from pupils about process and procedures
-Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school's policies and procedures.
-Reporting back as appropriate using the school's agreed referral procedures on the behaviour of pupils during the class, and any issues arising
I have 8 years experience in the education recruitment sector and during this time I have built up a genuine passion for pairing the right person to the right school. over the years my relationships with schools and members of staff have grown to be good, strong and trusting. I will always be available in and out of office hours if ever you need my advice or support with anything. I listen to my staff to get a proper understanding in what type of schools they want to work in and what subjects they want to teach and feel confident in teaching.
