Social Emotional Mental Health Behavioural Lead - Behaviour, Autism and SEMH - Dudley - ASAP.Are you an experienced Behaviour Lead looking for a new challenge? Can you deal with challenging situations calmly and efficiently
I am currently recruiting for a behavioural school in Dudley that are looking to appoint a new Behaviour Lead with challenging behaviour, Autism, ADHD, social emotional mental health experience to join their team. The positions are on a day to day, short term or long-term basis with a view to go permanent for the right person. They are seeking people that are graduates, Level 2/3 qualified, Team teach qualification and have experience of working with SEND children in a behavioural school. This position would be good for someone with a sporty background or previous youth worker experience.
As a Behaviour Lead you will be working alongside the students that are struggling to integrate and those that display challenging behaviour. You will then be expected to report all student information to your colleagues. You will be a source of support for pupils and will ensure they are motivated, happy, and engaged.
The school caters for children with a wide range of needs including Autism, learning difficulties ADHD and social emotional mental health. The school caters for secondary aged students.
The successful candidate will bring at least 1 years of experience to the role and a desire to work with children with social, emotional mental health. You will be empathetic and determined to make a difference.
I am happy to be working with this school as they really care about their students and staff. It is a very large school and they have so many facilities for their pupils. There are many SEND Teaching Assistant's employed in the school and everyone has a really good work ethic.
