Are you a qualified 1-1 SEMH Teaching Assistant, either level 2 or 3 based in Kings Norton?I am currently recruiting exceptionally talented SEMH Teaching Assistants to work 1:1 for a fantastic all aged behavioural school in Kings Norton. Having previously worked with these schools, I can ensure you will be offered the most suitable positions in your local area!
I am looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work alongside a pupil with challenging behaviour and social, emotional mental health. The pupil finds it difficult to socialise and struggles with change. The pupil needs consistency and a positive role model to help guide them through school.
The school are looking for dynamic and proactive SEMH Teaching Assistants that are ready to support students on a 1:1 basis to a high quality. Every school I work with are aiming to reach the best possible results for both the school and the students, each providing a high quality of education and support.
You'll bring at least 2 years' experience as a SEMH Teaching Assistant working either 1:1 or in a group, as well as experience with challenging behaviour or social, emotional mental health. I welcome those with Youth Work, Residential Support or Sports backgrounds. Your experience and qualifications and motivation will help each child, teacher and school reach their plans of becoming the best.
