I am currently recruiting exceptionally talented SEND Teaching Assistants to work 1:1 for a fantastic all aged mainstream school in Edgbaston. Having previously worked with these schools, I can ensure you will be offered the most suitable positions in your local area!
I am looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work alongside a Year 3 pupil with autism. The pupil finds it difficult to socialise and struggles with change. The pupil has autism related anxieties around transition, routines and social interaction.
The school are looking for dynamic and proactive SEND Teaching Assistants that are ready to support students on a 1:1 basis to a high quality. Every school I work with are aiming to reach the best possible results for both the school and the students, each providing a high quality of education and support.
You'll bring at least 2 years' experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant working either 1:1 or in a group, as well as a want to make a huge, positive impact on the student you work with. Your experience and qualifications and motivation will help each child, teacher and school reach their plans of becoming the best.
