Here at Aspire People, we are passionate about building strong, positive relationships with our internal team and ensuring we enjoy a healthy working environment.  We typically spend 20% of our waking hours at work so we believe in working hard but creating a fun and enjoyable environment. 

Whether it’s arranging a team lunch, taking a walk together, organising some offices challenges or cakes on a Friday!  Dedicating time to making our office a fun place to be is something we feel very strongly about. 💜

As well as applying this philosophy to own offices, we try our best to help our schools have the most fun possible. We spend time organising free events for schools such as silent discos for your students to enjoy after the end of a busy term;  popcorn machines for your events, organising sports days, running a virtual Santa’s Grotto every December and much more!  We take pride in ensuring that school is a fun place for both students and teachers, and whenever we have the opportunity to give back we always will.
