Job Description:
As the EYFS Lead at our community orientated school, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
You will lead a team of enthusiastic educators, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning in our EYFS department.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the EYFS team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure a high standard of teaching and learning.
Develop and implement the EYFS curriculum in line with the school's vision and goals.
Monitor and assess the progress and development of EYFS pupils, providing individualized support when needed.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
Collaborate with other school leaders and staff to ensure a holistic approach to education.
Engage with parents and the local community, building strong relationships to support students' development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience as an EYFS teacher with a strong understanding of EYFS curriculum and best practices.
Leadership experience in an educational setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community.
