This full-time, long-term role offers the opportunity to inspire and guide Year 4 students as they build on their foundational knowledge and skills. As a Year 4 teacher, you will play a key role in preparing pupils for the next stage of their educational journey, fostering both their academic and social development in a positive and encouraging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in all core subjects, with a particular focus on English, Maths, and Science.
Foster a love of learning by creating a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess pupil progress regularly and use data to inform planning, identify areas for improvement, and set individual learning targets.
Encourage and support students in developing their social and emotional skills, helping them build confidence and resilience.
Support classroom management, ensuring that all students feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver the curriculum, sharing resources and ideas to enhance student learning.
Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress and achievements.
Take part in extracurricular activities, school events, and trips to provide a well-rounded educational experience for the students.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly in Year 4, is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum, with the ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude towards teaching and supporting students.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
