Job description
Are you looking for a full time position? Are you looking for something long term with job security? Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant?Aspire People are looking for a number of SEN Teaching Assistants to work at a lovely school based in Normanton, Derby. The roles will be full time, Monday - Friday (8:00 - 3:30pm). We are looking to appoint a number of suitably enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide general class support and 1:1 SEN support on a one-year contract starting asap with the scope to it to turn permanent for the correct candidates.
The school is an outward looking and successful school for children with special educational needs. They are part of the DDAT and are currently in the process recruiting new staff across their school. The school are are committed to providing outstanding opportunities for all their students to enable them to become the best that they can be.
Requirements of the role:
- Has previously worked in KS2
- Has SEN Training and experience working 1:1 with SEN children
- DBS on the online update service
- 2 previous relevant references
- Right to work in the UK
