Aspire People are currently working with a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in the M40 area of Manchester to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Teacher.

Year 4 Teacher - The Role:
* Full responsibility for a Year 4 class
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
* Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities
* Track, assess and monitor pupil progress
* Promote positive behaviour and a supportive classroom culture
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Year 4 Teacher - The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching in KS2 (Year 4 experience desirable)
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
* Be passionate about improving pupil outcomes
* Be organised, proactive and committed to high standards
