Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher for a long-term, full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching a lively Year 3 class. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact while working with a diverse group of pupils. With the support of a Teaching Assistant during the day, you will have the resources and team collaboration to help your class thrive and make excellent progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging and effective lessons that inspire and challenge all pupils.
Planning, preparing, and assessing pupil progress in line with the National Curriculum.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils are supported.
Collaborating closely with colleagues and parents to support the well-being and development of each child.
Contributing to the wider school community through involvement in school events and professional development.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
* Have experience teaching Year 3 (or Key Stage 2) and a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
* Be passionate about creating an engaging learning environment where every child can succeed.
* Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a range of stakeholders.
* Be proactive and committed to ongoing professional development.
