Aspire People are delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Outer London, who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Primary Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from January 2026.
Year 3 Primary Teacher - The School

Year 3 Primary Teacher - The Role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that align with the National Curriculum. This role is suitable for ECTs as well as experienced teachers, with tailored support available depending on experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering high-quality, creative lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
* Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
* Assessing, tracking and reporting on pupil progress effectively
* Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils
* Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
* Contributing to the wider life of the school
Year 3 Primary Teacher - The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Be committed to inclusive teaching and high expectations for all pupils
* Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Be enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to contribute to school improvement
