This excellent primary school are looking for a exceptional Year 3 Teacher to join their dedicated faculty.
Salary: £36,413 - £53,994 per annum

Position: Year 3 Teacher (ECTs and Experienced Teachers Welcome)
Year 3 Teacher - Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
* Assess and Monitor Progress: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
* Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, collaboration, and a love of learning.
* Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
* Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of the Year 3 curriculum, ensuring it meets national standards and is tailored to the needs of the students.
* Pastoral Care: Support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of students, promoting their well-being and personal growth.
* Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and contribute to the wider school community.
