Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education and supporting pupils as they progress through Key Stage 2.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that support the academic and personal development of pupils in Year 3.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
Assess, monitor, and record pupils' progress
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leadership
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within a UK primary school
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Excellent classroom management skills
A passion for helping pupils reach their full potential
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
