Job description
Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher for a full-time position at a primary school in Lutterworth, starting this September. This role requires a committed educator with a strong background in primary teaching, particularly with Year 3 pupils.Responsibilities Include:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons across core subjects.
Marking and evaluating children's classwork and homework.
Monitoring and recording students' progress to ensure continuous improvement.
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment.
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each child's development.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Enhanced DBS on the update service.
Strong classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
