THE JOB WOULD INCLUDE:
* Planning and Delivering Lessons: Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring they meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional learning needs.
* Assessing Student Progress: Regularly assess and monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments. Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them set goals and develop key skills.
* Classroom Management: Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment, maintaining high standards of behaviour and ensuring all students feel safe and valued.

* 2 references covering the last 2 years of employment
* QTS
* 2 years UK teaching experience
