Job description
Aspire People are working in partnership with a welcoming, community-focused primary school in M11. The school is known for its strong staff culture, clear behaviour expectations, and supportive senior leadership team.They are seeking a motivated Year 2 or Year 3 Teacher to take over a settled class with strong routines already in place.

Your Responsibilities
Full class responsibility (planning, teaching, assessment)
Delivering engaging lessons aligned to the curriculum
Tracking progress and adapting teaching accordingly
Creating a structured, positive classroom environment
Working closely with parents and colleagues
Requirements
QTS
KS1 or Lower KS2 experience preferred
Strong curriculum knowledge
Confident classroom management
