This outstanding primary school in Hertfordshire is seeking an exceptional Year 2 Primary Teacher to join their committed and supportive team.

Position: Year 2 Primary Teacher (ECTs and Experienced Teachers Welcome)
Year 2 Primary Teacher - Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 2 pupils.
* Assess and Monitor Progress: Regularly evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to ensure individual learning goals are met.
* Classroom Management: Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect, collaboration, and a love of learning.
* Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best educational outcomes for all students.
* Curriculum Development: Contribute to the planning and refinement of the Year 2 curriculum, ensuring it meets national standards and supports student growth.
* Pastoral Care: Support students' social, emotional, and behavioural development, promoting their well-being and personal achievements.
